Orla - Has  a rating of 4 / 5

5 - Like new condition, it has been tried on only in store!
4.5 - In great condition! Gently tried on only instore, may have tiny imperfections example, missing buttons, missing beading, needs a slight spot clean
4 - Good condition! Some attention is needed. May need a dry clean and slight very minor repair
3.5 -  Fair condition we highly recommend a dry-clean as well as seamstress repairs. As there may be slight imperfections like a run, pull, or missing buttons/ beading.
3 -  She has been well loved, a dryclean and repair is a must to bring back to full potential.
2.5 - Needs a good amount of TLC, but here for a great deal! 

Don't worry, we got you! You are welcome to exchange the dress for another dress in the sample sale or use it as a credit towards a special order dress.

*Happiness Guarantee, terms + conditions: intent to exchange expressed within 24 hours from the time of pick up, gown to be picked up within seven days of purchase. The exchange must be equal or greater in value. One-time exchange for a different sample sale dress. Credit can be applied to any special order wedding dress. Credit must be used within 6 months from purchased.
